These terms apply when you place an order with us. By ordering, you agree to them — please read them alongside our Shipping and Returns policies.

Ordering and pricing
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD). EverBloom Preserved is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged on your order. Payment is taken in full at checkout via Stripe before we begin work.
Handcrafted, made to order
Every piece is handmade to order from your own flowers. Because natural blooms vary in colour, shape, and how they dry, each finished keepsake is unique. Slight variations in tone, bubbles, or petal position are inherent to handmade resin work and are part of the character of your piece — not defects.
Sending us your flowers
After purchase, you post your flowers to our studio (we email you the address and preparation instructions). You’re responsible for packaging them safely and for postage to us. We recommend tracked postage. We’ll always do our utmost with the flowers we receive, but the final result depends in part on their condition on arrival.
Turnaround
Our typical turnaround is 4–6 weeks from the day your flowers arrive at the studio. Timeframes are estimates and may vary during busy periods; we’ll keep you updated throughout via your tracking page and email.
Photos of your piece
We may photograph finished pieces for our portfolio and social media. If you’d prefer we didn’t share images of your keepsake, just let us know and we’ll respect that.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Beyond those rights, our liability for any piece is limited to the price you paid for it. We can’t be held responsible for flowers lost or damaged in the post to us before they arrive.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of its courts.
