The Preservation Journey

How It
Works

From the moment your bouquet leaves the reception to the day your finished keepsake arrives at your door — here is every step of our handcrafted process.

Typical turnaround: 4–6 weeks from receiving your flowers

01

The journey begins

Send Your Flowers

After your wedding, carefully dry or press your blooms and send them to our Melbourne studio. We'll send you detailed instructions on how to prepare and package them so they arrive in perfect condition.

Most flowers preserve beautifully when dried at room temperature for 1–2 weeks before sending. We'll walk you through every step.

Fresh blooms, carefully entrusted

02

Your vision, our craft

Design Consultation

We'll reach out within 1–2 business days to discuss the details — shape, size, personalisation (initials, wedding date, meaningful phrase), gold leaf placement, and any special touches.

This is your piece, entirely. We'll guide you through every option and show you examples so you can envision the result.

Where the magic happens

Handcrafted Preservation

Your flowers are carefully arranged and set in crystal-clear resin in our Melbourne studio. Each layer is hand-poured over several days to achieve perfect clarity, depth, and dimension.

We work with medical-grade, UV-resistant resin for clarity that lasts decades. Every piece takes 3–4 weeks to craft properly.

Poured by hand, layer by layer

With the right care, your resin keepsake will remain as beautiful in thirty years as the day it arrived.

Avoid direct sunlight

Keep your piece out of harsh UV light to maintain clarity over decades.

Wipe gently

Clean with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

Room temperature

Store at normal room temperature. Avoid extreme heat sources like windowsills.

Polish occasionally

A small amount of Renaissance Wax keeps the surface brilliant.

Common questions

You might be wondering…

How should I prepare my flowers after the wedding?

The best approach is to air-dry them in a cool, dark place for 1–2 weeks. Avoid pressing them in heavy books as this can damage petals. We'll send you detailed instructions as soon as you reach out.

How long does the whole process take?

From receiving your flowers to shipping your finished piece, the typical turnaround is 4–6 weeks. We'll keep you updated throughout — you'll never be left wondering.

Can I order for flowers that are already dried?

Absolutely. Many of our clients send flowers weeks or even months after their wedding. As long as they've been kept out of direct sunlight and humidity, they'll preserve beautifully.

What shapes and sizes are available?

We offer hexagon blocks, heart keepsakes, rectangle displays, round domes, bouquet blocks, petal art, shadow boxes, personalised pieces, and fully custom shapes. Every standard shape comes in multiple sizes.

Can I add personalisation — initials, dates, text?

Yes, and it's one of our most requested features. We can engrave or embed your initials, wedding date, or a meaningful phrase directly into the piece during the crafting process.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship Australia-wide as standard. For international orders — particularly New Zealand, UK, and USA — please reach out via our custom order form and we'll arrange a quote.
