Getting your flowers to us — and back
Shipping & Delivery
Preservation is a two-way journey: you post us your flowers, and we deliver your finished keepsake to your door. Here’s how both work.

Sending us your flowers
Once your order is placed, we email you our studio’s postal address along with simple instructions for drying and packing your blooms. For your security and ours, we don’t publish the inbound address publicly — it’s shared privately after purchase and always available on your order tracking page.
You cover postage to the studio. We recommend a sturdy, padded box and tracked postage — your flowers are irreplaceable.
Delivering your finished piece
We currently ship finished keepsakes within Australia only. You choose your delivery option at checkout:
- Melbourne Metro — Free. Free tracked delivery across metropolitan Melbourne. Estimated 2–5 business days once your piece ships.
- Australia-wide Tracked — $15.00. Tracked, insured delivery anywhere in Australia. Estimated 3–8 business days once your piece ships.
Turnaround
Because each piece is handcrafted to order, please allow 4–6 weeks from the day your flowers reach the studio. You can follow every stage on your tracking page, and we’ll email you as your keepsake progresses.
Tracking
Your finished piece is sent with tracked, insured delivery. We’ll email your tracking details as soon as it’s on its way.
International orders
We don’t ship internationally at this stage, as we’re focused on serving couples across Melbourne and Australia. If you’re overseas and would love a piece, email us at hello@everbloompreserved.com.au — we’ll see what we can arrange.
