Common questions
You might be wondering…
Everything you need to know about preserving your flowers with us. Can’t find your answer? We’re only an email away.
How should I prepare my flowers after the wedding?
The best approach is to air-dry them in a cool, dark place for 1–2 weeks. Avoid pressing them in heavy books, as this can damage the petals. We’ll send detailed instructions as soon as you order.
How long does the whole process take?
From receiving your flowers to shipping your finished piece, the typical turnaround is 4–6 weeks. We’ll keep you updated throughout — you’ll never be left wondering.
Can I order for flowers that are already dried?
Absolutely. Many of our clients send flowers weeks or even months after their wedding. As long as they’ve been kept out of direct sunlight and humidity, they’ll preserve beautifully.
What shapes and sizes are available?
We offer hexagon blocks, heart keepsakes, rectangle displays, round domes, bouquet blocks, petal art, shadow boxes, personalised pieces, and fully custom shapes. Every standard shape comes in multiple sizes.
Can I add personalisation — initials, dates, text?
Yes, and it’s one of our most requested features. We can embed your initials, wedding date, or a meaningful phrase directly into the piece during crafting. Add your details at checkout, or tell us in your enquiry.
How do I get my flowers to you?
Once you order, we email you our studio address and packing instructions. You post your flowers to us with tracked postage, we craft your keepsake, and we deliver the finished piece back to you — see our Shipping page for the full journey.
Do you ship internationally?
For now we ship within Australia only, with a focus on Melbourne and the wider country. If you’re overseas and would love a piece, email hello@everbloompreserved.com.au and we’ll see what we can arrange.
