EverBloom Preserved (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a Melbourne-based flower preservation studio. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to fulfil your order and communicate with you:

  • Your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address.
  • Order and personalisation details (such as names, dates, or a message for your piece).
  • Photos or descriptions of your flowers that you choose to share with us.
  • Payment is processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Process your order, take payment, and arrange delivery.
  • Contact you about your commission, personalisation, and progress updates.
  • Respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
  • Meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the trusted services that help us run the studio:

Stripe (secure payments), Supabase (database and image hosting), and Resend (order and update emails). Each processes your data under its own privacy terms and only as needed to deliver our service.

Storing and protecting your data

Your information is stored on secure, access-controlled infrastructure and kept only as long as needed for your order, our records, and legal obligations. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access.

Your rights

You may ask us to access or correct the personal information we hold about you at any time — just email hello@everbloompreserved.com.au. If you have a concern about how we’ve handled your information and we can’t resolve it together, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

Cookies

Our website uses only the essential cookies needed to run your shopping cart and checkout. We do not use them for advertising or third-party tracking.
