Returns & Refunds

Every keepsake is made to order from your own flowers, so this policy balances the handmade nature of our work with your rights as a consumer.

Made-to-order pieces

Because each piece is custom-made from your irreplaceable flowers, we’re unable to accept change-of-mind returns or offer refunds once work has begun. We’ll always confirm design and personalisation details with you before we start, so you can order with confidence.

Your consumer guarantees

Nothing here affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our keepsakes come with guarantees that cannot be excluded: if a piece has a major fault, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement; for minor faults, we’ll repair or remedy the issue. Damaged in transit

We package every piece with great care, but if your keepsake arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. We’ll arrange a repair or replacement as quickly as we can.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If we haven’t yet received your flowers or begun work, we can usually cancel and refund your order. Once crafting is underway, cancellation may not be possible as materials and labour are already committed.
